Kesha M Dawson Harris, EA NTPIF

Affectionately known as Agent K, Ms. Harris is part of an elite group of tax professionals licensed by the Department of Treasury called Enrolled Agents.  Enrolled Agents (EAs) are America's Tax Experts and are the only federally licensed tax practitioners specializing in taxation. EAs have unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service.

Ms. Harris is the owner of The Resilient Tax Group, a proactive tax preparation and representation company that specialized in IRS collection and representation. Her services include offer in compromises, audit reconsideration, and installment agreements. She brings over 23 years of tax experience to every client she represents. Ms. Harris earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida. She went on to complete her Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. She is a Shuldiner/ Smollan Leadership Academy Graduate and a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute.

Currently, Ms. Harris serves as a Director for the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA) and is a two time former President for the Florida Society of Enrolled Agents. She is the first African American to hold this elected position. Before that she served as the Orlando Chapter President for three years.  Ms. Harris is an Executive member of the National Society of Tax Professionals (NSTP) and an Associate Member of the American Bar Association (ABA). When she is not protecting taxpayers’ rights, Ms. Harris enjoys spending time with her son and dog, Scout.
