ROSLYN BANKS  is a financial professional with more than 20 years of experience in financial analysis, tax strategy, and business advisory services across multiple industries. Raised on a family farm in Virginia’s Northern Neck, she developed an entrepreneurial mindset early in life that continues to shape her practical, solutions-focused approach to working with businesses and individuals.

After earning her Finance degree from William & Mary, Roslyn began her career in an early talent leadership program with one of the nation’s largest retail banks. She later earned her Master of Accountancy degree, where she developed a strong interest in tax research and strategic tax planning. While managing a successful retail tax office, she exceeded revenue and customer service goals and passed all three parts of the Enrolled Agent exam on her first attempt.

Roslyn’s background in Financial Planning and Analysis allows her to provide clients with more than tax preparation alone. She offers strategic guidance to business owners, entrepreneurs, and tax-exempt organizations in areas including financial operations, business growth, cash flow, and long-term planning. Her ability to combine technical tax knowledge with practical business insight has made her a trusted advisor to a wide range of clients.

Her leadership and innovation within the accounting profession have earned her repeated recognition by CPA Practice Advisor as a “40 Under 40” leader in 2018, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025. In addition to her advisory work, Roslyn is also an author and speaker focused on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and building sustainable generational wealth.
